1. Delivery charges

We charge a flat delivery rate of £19.99 for all orders lower than £500.00 including VAT - all orders of £500 or higher receive FREE delivery to mainland England. For Wales and Scotland there will be a flat rate for delivery of £45 this will be added to your basket when checking out. Orders to Ireland can be arranged, prices for delivery are available upon request at 02392 799007 or weborders@dtw-tiles.co.uk.

2. Delivery times

We quote up to seven working days for delivery providing the item is in stock. If it is not in stock you will be notified after you have placed the order and given an approximate date for delivery. If your order is less than 30kg it will arrive via Parcelforce. Once despatched from us you will receive an email confirming this with a parcel tracking number that you can log onto their website and monitor progress. If your order is over 30kg it will despatched via a pallet network. Once despatched from us you will receive an e-mail confirming this. When the pallet arrives at a depot closest to the destination you receive a phone call from them to arrange a suitable day for delivery. Approximate times can be obtained but are at the delivering depot's discretion.

3. Delivering goods without a signature

We can deliver goods without a signature to places that you deem safe, however this has to be places like a garage or hard side access taking into consideration paragraph three in the access section below. All risk as to the condition and content of the goods is passed to you and no claims will be entertained.

4. Additional charges

We reserve the right to charge additional fees if these are imposed on us for you arranging a delivery day and not being in to receive the delivery.

5. Access

Many vehicles used are large articulated lorries, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate access to your road also thinking about trees, street lighting and overhead cables. If you have a special request please put in the special instructions and we will confirm if this can be fulfilled Delivery will be to the nearest hard road to site. All vehicles come with a tail lift so pallets will be wheeled off and left at the nearest convenient point to your property. We do not require the empty pallets to be returned.

6. Inspection

Please inspect goods at time of unloading and mark on delivery note and inform us in writing of any obvious damage. You then have 3 days to inspect the goods in detail and inform us in writing of any shortages, damages or anything unsatisfactory.

7. Returns

Goods not used or not required and still held as current stock can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase provided they are in their original pack , unopened and unused. You will be liable for the return carriage. Please inform us in writing before you intend to return anything.
