Orders and Tile Samples are delivered to UK Mainland addresses only and all prices below are fixed Including Vat regardless of volume.

• 2/4-Day Scotland / Wales Delivery £44.95
• Delivery of Samples tiles are £4.95 for any 3 tiles of your choice (allow 3-5 working days)
• Next Day Delivery Service - Please call us before 10am if you are ordering a large quantity of tiles (Over 1 sqm) or if the tiles are very large (500mmx500mm and higher), or before 1PM if you are ordering much less than this.

Please note - Deliveries to Scottish Highland addresses, can take between 3-5 working days.
If you require a delivery to a Non Mainland UK address, please contact us, prior to your order.

Orders are delivered by various means, usually by Tail lift vehicle. Due to insurance and health and safety regulations we are unable to transport goods into a property.
90% of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location by mutual agreement.
For multiple or mixed items the normal delivery charge will apply.

I need my tiles fast. Can I get them next day?

While we aim to ship goods out, and 50% of orders do get next day delivery, we can't always guarantee next day delivery. Please phone us on 02392799007 and speak to one of our website sales reps, and we'll see if we can arrange a service at an additional charge.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes you can, just specify the day in the Customer notes, at the checkout. Alternatively, our standard service delivers 2-3 working days. You will receive a call prior to the delivery day to arrange a day best suited to you.

Do I have to sign for the delivery?

Yes, but you can have them delivered to another address where a signature is possible; just specify the address when asked at the checkout process.

What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

Our delivery company will telephone before delivery to book in a convenient day and time. However, unless by prior arrangement, the driver will not leave the goods if there is no one in. If a second delivery attempt is required, an additional charge of £15 will be incurred.

How will my goods be delivered?

Larger orders will be sent shrink wrapped on a pallet. The delivery company will deliver the goods to the ground level edge of your property. The driver will not be able to assist getting the tiles in to your property. Smaller orders are sometimes sent via a parcel company.

Can you ship overseas?

we currently only deliver to UK addresses (including Northern Ireland and Scottish Isles). Please call our customer helpline on 023 92799007 and they can quote separately for orders outside the UK.
