When you buy from DTW Ceramics UK Limited, you buy with confidence. If you see it cheaper, we will match it. It's that straightforward. Our Price-match Promise assures you that we will match any like-for-like quote or price published on the Internet. On top of our Price-match Promise, you will benefit from our Free Expert Advice and Technical Support. Orders are dispatched from stock, assuring quick delivery to your door. It's simple: when you buy from us, you buy with confidence.

How do you go about it? Ask us for a price match simply by informing us of the website or store where you have seen the item cheaper. If another supplier has provided a better quote, just email us a copy of this at weborders@dtw-tiles.co.uk. Make sure you also send us your details (including your name, company name, telephone number and email address). We will then confirm to you our price-match in writing, so you'll have it in black and white for when you're ready to order.

Please note that to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price match promise to genuine customers, the acceptance of any price match request is ultimately at the discretion of DTW Ceramics UK Limited.

We will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.

Terms and Conditions

Our price-match promise is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Our price-match promise applies only to other Internet retailers that have the identical product in stock or immediately available and the product is priced correctly and accurately.
• To price-match, we must be satisfied that the products in question are identical.
• Prices are compared excluding delivery charges. Our price-match promise does not apply to delivery charges
• Your claim to be supported by a written quotation from a UK based retailer or by a current published price list.
• Prices are compared excluding Value Added Tax (VAT).
• The product(s) must be comparable in style, quality and structure if unbranded and agreed by us as being comparable for the Price promise to be applicable. No problem on branded products, as name and model number will suffice.
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• The price promise exists only on quoted products; we cannot consider products already purchased either from DTW Ceramics UK Limited, or one of our competitors, so we will be unable to enter into any retrospective settlement on bought products.
• We do not price-match with special offers, promotions, discount vouchers and/or product-bundle pricing.
• Our price-match promise does not apply to products that are not new.
• Our price-match promise is limited to the UK Only, We do not price-match Internet retailers that are based in or operate from outside the UK.
• We only price-match prices or quotations of bona fide companies.
• Our price-match promise does not apply to products and/or goods offered on auction websites.
• Any decision whether or not to price-match is at the discretion of DTW Ceramics UK Limited. We reserve the right to refuse any price-match request and under no circumstances do we have a legal obligation to price-match.
• Our price-match promise may be subject to change without notice at any time.
• This does not affect your legal or consumer rights.
