We ordered the white tile with black taco. One of the only suppliers in the UK.
It is a beautiful product and has already been installed; it looks amazing.
Delivery was on time.
It seemed good value for money, and ordering on line saved us a small amount.

The white tiles and the black tacos are not exactly the same thickness and do not leave the same width gap when put together.
This made fixing them difficult, although they look good when down.

We have determined by this that you meant the spacing between the tiles.
We do recommend to use "Y" shaped spacers (As seen here) with our octagon floor tiles to allow an even spacing.

Brilliant tile, looks almost 3D and has a natural stone "layered" effect, just like it had been pulled from the earth.
Recieved a £10 voucher... spent that today! Hopefully DTW will have my goods here soon.

Ordered a large quantity of Piton tiles and recieved the goods 2 days after order.. not too bad considering where we are!!
We had a couple of tiles damaged from the delivery, we provided pictures and DTW shipped out 3 replacement tiles
free of charge and we were able to finish the job in less than a week from the initial order!
Would happily recommend to other shoppers, friends and family. Great customer service!!

Easy to use calculator.. ordered a sample and recieved it next day
Placed the order for the Milan Beige wall tile and recieved it with no problems.
Courier left pallet inside the garage as was agreed between myself and the courier company
All in all very happy with the speedy delivery (and the price!!) of these tiles. Would recommend using this company.

Can't say how happy we are with the service, best we've recieved from the internet in a while.
Most companies on the web don't care about the customer once the money has been taken but this wasn't the case.
Recieved e-mails letting me know that their warehouse guys were picking my order, as well as tracking information (it was only a small box!!)
Finished off the grouting job now and we are very happy with this company, and are going to use the next time we do some tiling.

Though the delivery guys claimed that they tried to deliver, they never contacted us as I was on leave and at home. However, DTW ceramics (Dee I think, a lady) sorted it out. Thanks.
We have laid the underfloor heating and waiting to dry so that we can try it.
The one disappointment in the order was that I specifically ordered the Marmox tape but received a generic one which did not stick well at all and the tiler went to get another one from the local shop.

Delivery cost to Scotland was very expensive.. did not expect to have to pay £45 for a small pallet of goods to Glasgow
Tiles seem to be just what we were looking for. using the adhesive recommended "Ardex x7r" for fixing floor down.
Kitchen looks much better now, glad we had a good browse through your floor tile ranges.

Unfortunately it costs us more than the £45 to ship to Glasgow post-codes, as this is what our haulier company charges us

We ordered a sample tile which arrived within 3 days. We then placed our order for the Manhatten black floor tiles from the site, Arrived very fast and well packaged . They look fantastic and would recommend.
The staff kept us updated and we will use again when we have our bathroom done next year,
