Sample tiles

All of the tiles displayed on our website are available to order as a sample tile with Free Postage & Packaging included.

Just click on the "Order a sample" button when viewing the tile you wish to order and the tile will then be added to your basket.

You are only allowed to take one of each tile as a sample, and at most 3 samples are able to be taken for the offer. Any more will result in full delivery cost being payable.

All samples can be returned to us for a full refund, assuming that the goods are not damaged, if not suitable within 28 days of receiving them. You will need to pay for the return postage, this will not be refunded. Please include a copy of your original invoice with the returned samples and send them back to...

We can as a special request, send out smaller cut pieces of tiles as free samples with free postage. If you would like to use this service then please contact us via e-mail at weborders@dtw-tiles.co.uk and include the full name(s) of the sample peices you require. Cut piece samples will measure approx. 100x100mm and mosaics are cut down to a quarter of the original sheet size.
